Our farm located in the Hudson Valley has been in operation since 1998. Being that we are a small farm we raise a select few high quality black Angus beef yearly.
It is our goal to raise quality beef not quantity, we produce natural raised black Angus beef without growth hormone or antibiotics. Our Angus are fed a mixture of grass, grains(containing no bone product) and the finest hay grown by our local farmers.
As per customer suggestions we now sell beef by the 1/2, 1/4 or by the cut!!!
